there were new-fashioned, neat rooms with separate beds for our kids. having a shower, guest toiletries and bath sheets was a bonus.

The staff were helpful, excellent and nice location right on the roundabout from the main road. Moreover, it's right by the Avoca shopping centre as well as Luas tram. The family room was huge with comfy beds, the bed was comfortable.

This place is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the city center, and a ferry, and the food here is affordable.

The place was fairly clean and staff was pleasant and welcoming. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was amazing!The location was excellent and nice, very close to the Avoca shopping centre, the park and nearest tram stop.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering all the amenities that were included, such as a continental breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was also top-notch, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-equipped shower. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to the village and restaurants, as well as convenient for travel to the city center via the nearby Luas tram or the easily accessible motorway.

We were given a triple room with 3 single beds and clean bedding. Everywhere was clean. The location was comfortable and handy, not far from local suburban Dublin nightlife, the roundabout, and Luas tram.
